General

What does BitDataset do?
BitDataset collects streaming digital assets Trade, Level1 Quotes (Top of Book), Level2 (full Orderbook) data directly from cryptocurrency exchanges to help businesses and individual professionals to research and backtest their trading prediction models and strategies.
How are you differ from other cryptocurrency historical data providers and what are your key benefits?
Our major advantage is a highest quality and integrity of the data we provide. Data is fully consistent with the market data feed in the past. At same time other cryptocurrency historical data providers sell “snapshot with delay” data and this fact drastically negatively impacts on an accuracy of backtesting process and finally on a strategy you bring to the market.
How can I contact support?
Send us an email at info@bitdataset.com and we’ll reply you back ASAP.

Our group is specialized in HFT on US stock markets. In late 2017 after cryptocurrency market boom when Bitcoin hit 20,000 USD price level we’ve realized there is a good opportunity to adapt our existing trading algorithms to cryptocurrency markets. But we’ve faced with the issue of absence of professional tick data for algo strategies backtesting. After long search on internet we’ve stopped our choise on a two intraday data suppliers: BitDataset and another French provider firm. Finally after investigation of the data samples of both providers we’ve convinced BitDataset’s data sets are having far better quality level and perfectly fits for our goals.
